Yes. Voltage, capacity, dimensions, housing, connectors and BMS functions can be customized, with one-stop service from cell selection to finished products.
What are the sample and mass production lead times?
Samples usually take 3-7 working days; volume orders generally take 15-25 working days depending on quantity and customization.
What certifications do you have and what documents are needed for export?
Products are certified to UN38.3, IEC62133, GB31241, RoHS and CE. Test reports, MSDS, transport appraisal reports and compliance statements are available.
What is the MOQ?
Standard cells can be ordered in small quantities; custom packs usually start at 100-500 units depending on design.
Can customers audit your factory?
We welcome factory visits and audits. Production lines, laboratory and quality system audits can be arranged in advance.
What are the payment terms and warranty policy?
T/T and bank transfer are supported. Products come with a 12-month warranty subject to contract terms.
